Experience & Education
Min 6 months experience in Banking / Financial Services is mandate Mandate Customer service background Mandate Voice / Chat experience Graduates / under graduates with relevant experience Yellow Belt preferred Effective communication and interaction skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Transaction Monitoring/Evaluation Analysis using QC tools of Individual and group level opportunities Reporting at defined frequencies Internal and External calibrations Responsible for managing quality trends session at weekly level Manage Risk based audits Identify training need for low performers Assisting team leaders in coaching bottom performers
Shift Timing - 24*7
