Tele Account Manager (SAAS/Software Sales) -B2B - Noida

Role & responsibilities

• Consultative sales and account management experience within the IT industry specifically solution selling.
• Ensure MQLs are successfully covered by pitching Red Hat solution and converted to Sales Qualified leads.
• Will be responsible for building relationship with the customers and answering sales queries through phone and email.
• Process leads according to Red Hat's service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Will be responsible for outbound calls on Database allocated as per set targets
• Perform 50+ outbound calls a day while handling inbound calls and effectively managing follow-up tasks

Preferred candidate profile

▪ Experience within a sales and account management background

▪ Experienced B2B salesperson with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels.

▪ Experience with software applications, web-based software services, marketplace services, or IT-related services ( Morpheus Data, Red Hat, Cisco, Veeam Software, Nutanix and Unisys with Knowledge of Virtualisation computing, cloud, mobility, networking, and security products and services.)
