Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
▪ Acting as TAM end to end Lead Management & Reporting
▪ Managing Lead Gen end to end along with Database (Internal/External)
▪ Tele-calling for fixing appointments in Large Enterprises
▪ Lead Identification, qualification, nurturing and allocation to channel
▪ Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
▪ Maintain and expand database of prospects
▪ Regular Communication to customer/partners in form of newsletters, EDMs, Webinars etc (pls note all creative designing and creation will not be the responsibility of TAM)
▪ Manage inbound leads as per the defined criteria.
Also generate outbound leads through tele prospecting channel.
Preferred candidate profile
Desired Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills ( ENGLISH ) With Minimum 2 Years Experience Into IT Software Sales Only ( SAAS / CLOUD SALES )
Candidates Should Be Graduate or Post Graduate (Mechanical Engineering) Only.
▪ Experience within a sales and account management background with IT Sales experience
▪ Self starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
▪ Ability to work with all levels of individuals.
▪ Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
▪ Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language.
▪ Awareness and knowledge within IT industry(Software Products). Should have sold Engineering based SaaS solutions in the past.
▪ Experience of outbound calling in International markets.
▪ Ability to take ownership and work independently
▪ Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines
▪ Must have excellent account management skills including office administration and internal communications
