Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-12 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and strengthen relationships with acquiring new clients and expanding existing portfolios.

- Identify and onboard new banking customers through personal outreach and acquisition channels.

- Promote and cross-sell a range of bank products to assigned branch customers.

- Educate clients about new offerings and product enhancements to deepen engagement.

- Organize targeted sales initiatives and exclusive events for prospective and existing clients.

- Collaborate with affiliated group companies to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

- Maintain detailed customer records to ensure effective relationship management.

- Monitor and resolve customer queries/complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- 2 -5 years of experience in Field Sales

- High energy and drive

- Graduation is mandatory
