Sales Officer - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.

Responsibilities :

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.

- Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance.

- Drive sales performance and meet business targets.

- Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.

- Review often and establish new goals .

Required Candidate profile :

Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent.

Age : 21 to 38.

- 1+ years' experience in any Field Sales.

- Networking & Relationship Building.

- Industry & Product Knowledge .
