Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Kolar. The ideal candidate will have two years of field sales experience, preferably in life insurance, and a strong desire to build long-lasting connections with clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use field sales, networking, and referrals to find and nurture new business prospects.
- To market and sell life insurance products to both individual and commercial clients, generate and qualify leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and evaluations of financial needs.
- Educate potential customers on life insurance products, benefits, and plans.
- Customize insurance plans to meet your clients' needs to close deals more successfully.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to obtain recommendations and insurance renewals.
- Be sure you provide post-purchase support and follow up with potential clients as soon as possible.
- Stay up to date on competitor products, market trends, and legal requirements.
- In the CRM system, maintain detailed records of your interactions with customers and sales results.
-Meet and exceed the company's sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Although at least two years of field sales experience is necessary, life insurance sales experience is preferred.
- Great communication, bargaining, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
- Driven by oneself and goal-oriented.
- The ability to travel within Kolar to attend client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial planning.
- Competence with CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
