Job Description:
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in a specific region by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of financial advisors. This individual will be focused on achieving sales targets, fostering agent development, and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit financial advisors to build a strong team; provide training and resources to help agents succeed.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed targets; adjust plans based on market analysis and performance metrics.
- Offer regular coaching, feedback, and support to agents to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to adjust business tactics effectively.
- Guide agents on effective approaches to target and acquire high-value clients, driving business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed graduation (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2+ years in sales and marketing, preferably with experience in team management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a team to success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with both agents and clients.
