Job Description:

As a Bancassurance Sales Manager, you will be tasked with driving insurance sales through strategic partnerships with bank branches. By establishing and nurturing relationships with bank staff, you will ensure that insurance products are effectively sold, and sales targets are met. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to train and motivate bank employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell insurance products through the bank's network to meet individual and team sales targets.

- Utilize the bank's customer database to identify and target potential clients for insurance offerings.

- Build strong working relationships with bank staff, including branch managers, to increase sales and ensure effective teamwork.

- Conduct training sessions for bank employees to equip them with the necessary skills to generate leads and close sales.

- Offer exceptional customer service by recommending appropriate insurance solutions and addressing any customer concerns.

- Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and leads generated. Provide regular updates to management on performance metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate degree required (mandatory).

- Minimum of 2 years in sales or marketing in insurance or banking.

- At least 3+ years of residency or native status in the region.

- Basic understanding of insurance products and banking processes.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and bank staff.
