Executive - Sales - Banca Channel - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

The Banca Channel Executive is responsible for driving insurance product sales through banking partnerships. This role involves building strong relationships with bank staff, training them on insurance products, and engaging with customers to assess and meet their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell insurance products (life, health, general) to bank customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank personnel.

- Provide product training and updates to bank employees.

- Engage with customers to assess insurance needs and recommend products.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

- Track industry trends and provide insights to management.

- Foster long-term customer relationships and improve retention.

- Collaborate with bank partners to align sales efforts and increase product adoption.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

- Proven sales experience in bancassurance or insurance.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
