Job Description:
The Sales Team Leader will drive sales growth and manage agency relationships in the assigned region. This role focuses on developing effective sales strategies, achieving targets, and supporting agency partners to maximize performance and expand the agency network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Forge strong, long-term partnerships with key agencies and onboard new ones.
- Track sales progress and adjust strategies to stay on target.
- Lead training sessions to boost agency staff skills and performance.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 2+ years of sales experience in any fields.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
