Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

A leading insurance provider in India, committed to innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive growth and manage our Agency Channel team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of insurance agents.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets.

- Provide training, field support, and guidance to agents.

- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.

- Monitor sales metrics and agent performance.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

- 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role in insurance.

- Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.

- Can reach sales targets.

- Any Graduates

- Candidate must have field job experience.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
