Team Lead - Frontend Developer (Unity)

Should have relevant qualification

Responsibilities:
? Lead the development of high-quality virtual experiences using Unity engine
? Build, optimize, and maintain code for cross-platform deployment (PC, mobile, VR, AR)
? Develop innovative gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and tools to enhance player
experience
? Manage a team of developers, ensuring the team is productive, efficient and delivering high- quality work
? Work closely with other teams, including designers, artists, and product managers, to
understand and deliver on project requirements
? Mentor and coach developers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills
? Keep up to date with new technology developments in the field of game development and
virtual experiences
? Developing mobile applications using Unity3D and C#
? Developing, testing, and debugging code for mobile applications on both iOS and Android
? Working with a team of artists, animators, and engineers to create engaging mobile experiences
? Designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for mobile applications
? Developing and optimizing mobile applications for optimal performance
? Ensuring mobile applications are properly integrated with back-end services
? Collaborating with other departments to ensure mobile applications meet business
requirements
? Documenting mobile applications and processes
? Addressing customer feedback and bug reports
? Maintaining and updating existing mobile applications
Requirements:
? Strong experience in developing moderate or complex multiplayer Unity games, with at least 5
years in a lead role
? Adequate knowledge of developing meta verse and AR,VR & MR applications
? Experience with game engines, including Unity
? Proficient in C# , with experience in software architecture, design patterns, and game
development principles
? Adequate knowledge of integration of 3-d design in unity
? API integration with Unity engine
? Experience in working as a Unity artist for a project
? Experience in deploying unity build onto web based application
? Proven experience in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality projects on time and
on budget
? Knowledge of best practices in game development, including optimization, performance, and
security
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with designers, artists, and other
developers
? A strong passion for game development and virtual experiences
? Proven experience developing mobile applications using Unity3D and C#
? Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
? Knowledge of the iOS and Android mobile platforms
? Experience with version control systems such as GIT
? Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
