ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing daily technical operations and Reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues. Ensuring project governance through scrums, reviews etc.
• Coordinating with the software/hardware development team in addressing software/hardware needs
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverable, and set and manage expectations
• Developing and assigning work schedules/tasks. Reviewing sprint and project plans.
• Identifying training requirements for new employees and the technical staff and working closely with L&D for its fulfillment.
• Checking and updating systems and software on a regular basis
• Lead technical requirement gathering workshop and story grooming sessions.
• Assist and guide the team and maintain high levels of motivation and morale.
• Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
• Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes efficient tools,etc for operational Excellence of the org.
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures, aligning with the company culture and policies
• Coordinate in Effort estimation for pre sales activity.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any failed processes.
• Collaborate with team members, project managers, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new solutions and enhancements
