Role & Responsibility:-

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Utilising various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms, to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
• Managing the entire recruitment process for Non IT, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Proactively seeking out potential candidates through online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
