Senior Project Manager - Grade 2

Should have experience in team handling.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with clients to determine the project scope & change requests.

Schedule resources, Booking and ensuring proper utilization.

Conduct project review meetings with project team at regular intervals and identify risks and prepare contingency plan.

Provide Project progress reports to internal/external Stake Holders

Monitor Project plans and keep track of the work hours.

Delegate tasks and monitor project deliverable.

Ensure Quality and Timeline of the all project deliverable.

Continuous Follow Up with relevant stake holder internal/external to get work completed with high quality on time..

Initiate Project scrum call,sprint planning,milestone achievement meetings.

Providing Final effort estimation basis requests.

Assist and guide the team and maintain high levels of motivation and morale.

Identify risks and initiate a contingency plan.

Identify team for skill upgradation and training.

Identify learnings, best practices and improvement areas post project delivery.

Attend Project Kick -off Meeting to set the overall direction and goals for the project and ensure that they align with the consulting companys strategic objectives.

Attend Requirement Gathering Call to help identify and prioritize project requirements in a way that supports the consulting companys business goals and objectives.

Attend to ensure that Project progress status are updated and challenges discussed.

Attend Development Status Meeting to monitor project progress and ensure the project stays on track, communicating any potential risks or issues to the Delivery Manager.

Attend Quality Assurance (QA) Meeting to ensure that the testing strategy is effective and that the website meets the consulting companys high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Attend Daily Project Scrum Calls

Attend Retrospect Meeting to identify what went well, what didnt go well, and what can be improved for the next project or iteration.
