Project Manager - Grade 3

Should have relevant qualification

As a Project Manager your role is leading the project team and coordinating the project all matters
related to project content & implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines. Managing end to end project development management. Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery
of all projects. Should have worked on successful delivery of web applications using multiple technologies
(.NET or Angular front-end) & mobile applications. Activity development required: The Project Manager will coach and support development teams and
individuals to continuously improve in their daily work through Agile principles, practices, and methods. They will act as servant leader, helping the team to remove impediments and conflicts. The Sr Project Manager will also help the organization in establishing and develop an Agile culture to
grow further in Agility.

Job Responsibility:

? Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
? Prepare project plan and communication charts
? Coordinate client meetings and distribute minutes to all stake holders
? Track the progress and quality of work being performed by team members
? Monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures. ? Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and other stake holders.
? Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner ? Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review / demo and retrospective meetings
? Expert in estimation and planning. Should know how to create useful, reliable and practical plans
for development projects
? Guide and coach in Agile practices
? Should have the ability to track and remove impediments
? Coordination between multi Project team members
? Work with business analyst hand in hand for all program related work area
? Outage and Detailed Migration Planning, communicating to Projects Owners/Stakeholders and
accommodating any schedule changes as per owners/stakeholders needs
? Planning different communications and action items between different teams while
performing migrations
? Monitoring and Ensuring on-Time Quality Delivery
? Client Negotiation and Client Handling etc. ? Client and Stakeholder Interaction and facilitating Daily Stand up calls
? Creating and managing Scrum/Iteration Board
? Scope points calculation and negotiation
? Ensuring full productivity of the team
? Project Planning and tracking

Key Requirements:
3+ years as a Project Manager in technical project management: - Good knowledge and handling of project management methodology and techniques
- Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in a software product development group
- Proven mentoring and coaching skills
- Great facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and methods
- Knowledge of modern software development practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Should have worked on successful delivery of
web applications using multiple technologies
