Job Description
- S r Business Analyst must be able to understand and analyze the business requirements of the client . Lead complex business analysis projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
- W ork with project stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverable of a project .
- Responsible for creating functional specifications that detail the technical requirements of a project.
- Responsible for documenting business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Develop use cases and user stories that capture the functional requirements and user interactions for the project.
- W ork with project stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverable of a project .
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Able to identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Responsible for facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss project requirements, progress, and issues.
- Should provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and implementation.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop business cases to support recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior business analysts to improve their skills and capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
