To support implementation of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services for the client assets at multiple locations across the globe. NDT services cover training, inspection as well as technical consulting. These services are to be in line with Oceaneering and Client s documentary requirements and onshore / offshore legislation(s) where applicable.
ESSENTIAL
Leading a team of experienced NDT Engineers in conducting projects related to advanced NDT.
Expanding NDT business by identifying suitable opportunities from Business Units
Conducting training and certification to Engineers and Technicians in accordance with company procedure
Act as corporate Level 3 in training, consulting and project related activities
Interpret advanced and complex inspection results in DR, PAUT, ToFD, ECT, IRIS and RFT.
Ability to guide NDT team running NDT projects and conduct quality audit as required.
Travel to site locations as required and support Business Units.
Communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders, such as clients, engineers, or supervisors, to convey inspection results and discuss any follow-up actions required.
Ensuring adherence to quality assurance procedures and protocols throughout the NDT process to maintain consistency and reliability.
Staying updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to advanced NDT.
Collaborating with other members of the inspection team, technicians, and engineers, to optimize inspection workflows and outcomes.
Carry out site audits where required and ensure projects are completed to detail in a professional manner.
Carry out work in accordance with Oceaneering Inspection operating procedures and statutory/client specifications and requirements.
Interpret codes, standards & contractual documents that control the NDT method used.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has/does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor or Master Degree in an Engineering discipline in a relevant subject (e.g., NDT, Mechanical, Corrosion, Materials, Metallurgy Engineering)
Shall have NDT Level III qualification in MT, PT, UT, RT, PAUT & TOFD.
Experience with TDScan, OmniPC, GE Rhythm and CIVA software preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (Optional)
Minimum 10 years of NDT experience encompassing practical experience in NDT Methods including PT, MT, UT, RT, PAUT & TOFD.
Proven experience in advanced NDT techniques in Oil & gas environment leading a team of over 10 technicians.
Proficiency in interpreting radiographic images using various techniques, including manual & computer-assisted methods.
Strong understanding of advanced NDT principles, standards (e.g., ASTM, ASME), and specifications relevant to the industry sector.
Leadership attributes to lead a team and business development skills are mandatory.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to accurately identify and classify defects.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings, recommendations, and technical information to diverse audiences.
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good ability to develop relationships with client and/or contractor personnel at various levels of seniority and from diverse cultures.
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
Work surface is stable (flat)
