Position: Unity Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Unity Developer/Tech Lead to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Unity development, with expertise in cross-platform game development, team management, and performance optimization. This key role involves leading a team of developers to create high-quality, immersive virtual experiences across mobile, PC, and more. The candidate should be proficient in Firebase, Google Analytics, and integration of 3D designs in Unity, with a passion for driving innovation in gaming.

Primary Responsibilities:

Development & Optimization:

• Lead the development of virtual experiences using the Unity engine, with a focus on cross-platform deployment (PC, mobile).
• Build, optimize, and maintain code for high-performance, multi-platform deployment.
• Develop innovative gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and tools to enhance player experiences.

Team Management:

• Manage a team of developers, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high-quality output.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Suggest training and development programs to help team members enhance their skills and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Oversee the teams performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, artists, and product managers to meet project requirements.
• Ensure smooth integration of 3D designs and API connections within Unity.

Mobile Development:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Unity3D and C#.
• Optimize applications for performance across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure proper integration of back-end services, Firebase, Google Analytics, and other systems.

Innovation & Technology:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in game engines and Unity-specific technologies.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Unity development, including complex multiplayer game projects.
• Expertise in C#, software architecture, design patterns, and game development principles.
• Experience leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in integrating 3D designs, working with Firebase, and deploying Unity builds to web-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with GIT or other version control systems.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
