Unity Developer

As a Unity Developer at Xogar Games, you will collaborate with our design and development teams to create engaging and high-performing game experiences for our current and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for developers with a passion for gaming, looking to apply and expand their skills in gameplay mechanics, performance optimization, and Unity s powerful toolset while contributing to innovative and immersive games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement gameplay systems, features, and mechanics using Unity and C#.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging, high-quality games.
• Optimize game performance for various platforms, including PC, mobile, and consoles.
• Integrate third-party tools, SDKs, and plugins to enhance game functionality.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth gaming experience.
• Participate in the full game development cycle, from concept to release.
• Maintain and enhance existing projects by implementing updates and new features.

Required Skills:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Unity game development.

Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.

Solid understanding of Unitys features such as physics, animations, UI systems, and shaders.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).

Familiarity with mobile and console optimization techniques.

Experience with gameplay systems, AI, and UI/UX design.

Knowledge of scripting, prototyping, and rapid iteration techniques.
