Designation - Customer Support Associate
Roles & Responsibility:

• Handling customer queries via call,
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key skills required:

• Good English communications skills
• Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills

Required Candidate profile:

• Education & Experience: Any Graduate Fresher or Experience (minimum 6 months on paper)
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi / Kannada/Bengali

Working location: Tech Mahindra Ltd.NB902,9th floor empire tower, cloud city, reliable teach park, Thane Belapur road, Airoli

Walk-in Interview Time 10 am to 5 pm (Monday to Saturday) Work from office

Shift Timing: 24*7 any 9 hours & 1 Rotational week off.
