We are Hiring for Domestic Voice Support - *Work From Office*

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication.
• Meet quality standards for call handling, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Requirements for Candidates:

• Requirement: Candidate should have good knowledge about Telesales /Banking Sales/Credit Card Sales.
• Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Voice Outbound & Inbound.
• Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Working Hours: 9 hrs of login (8 hrs productivity + 1 hour break).
• Language Requirements: Malayalam + English/ Kannada + English/ Tamil + English / Hindi + English.
• Eligibility: Experienced candidates.
• Qualification: Graduation in any degree
• Salary: 17,000 minimum upto 22,000 for Experience.
• Work Location : Panjagutta, Hyderabad
