• Chat (Blended Process) Fresher / Min 6 Months Experience into Customer Care is Mandatory
• Mode of Work Work From Office
• Working Days 6 Days & One Rotational Week off
• Education – Any HSC/Graduate Can Apply
• Shift Timing – 24/7* (Rotational) for Male
• For Female – 7am to 8 PM (Rotational)
• Training Days – 15-17 Days (Training Timing – 7 am to 4 pm / 4 pm to 1 Am) Cab facility available in odd hours only in training. Attached transport boundary details for ref.
• Address – 1st Floor, Knowledge Boulevard, Sector 62 Noida, Next to IMS College. 

Interview Process:- HR > Typing (30/90%) in 5 minutes > Ops Round > PMAPS > Client Round
