-Position: Associate Customer Support
-Process: Premium Banking
-Work Location: Noida
-Mode of Work: Work from Office
-Qualification: UG, Graduate, Post Graduate (Graduate, Post Graduate - Preferred)
-Experience: Fresher - Min 6 months of relevant experienced (Experienced - Preferred)

Skills Required:
-Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
-Good Typing Speed
-Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
-Ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively

Role & Responsibility:

-Resolving banking related issues/queries

-Managing customer calls with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving queries

-Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, feedback and respond appropriately

-Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system
