Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (4-8 yrs)

Position Overview :

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on technical architecture and solution design.

This role requires a proactive individual who can lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Experience Required :

- Minimum 4 to 8 years in ServiceNow development with a focus on technical architecture and solution design.

Location : Pune/Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

- Act as the primary technical advisor for ServiceNow platform architecture.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and architect solutions.

- Design and implement ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations.

- Develop ServiceNow portals and service catalogs to enhance user experience.

- Configure and integrate virtual agents and chatbots for workflow automation.

- Ensure performance, stability, and reliability of ServiceNow instances.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and governance policies.

- Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow technologies and recommend enhancements.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Extensive expertise in ITSM development, service portal development, and chatbot/virtual agent development, MobileAPP on ServiceNow.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.

- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Preferred ServiceNow certifications : Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentorship.

- Understanding of predictive intelligence is a plus.

- Working knowledge of CSM module is plus.
