Role & Responsibilities:

• Large Scale Event Management
• Management of Canteen, Transportation, housekeeping services
• Budget preparation and control
• Guest House and Hostel Management
• Travel management Ticketing, VISA, FOREX, Insurance
• Maintenance of leave records and attendance in the system
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Procurement of Gifts
• Vendor Management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hands on exposure in organizing large events
• Extensive experience in managing facilities.

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of guest services, F&B and upkeep of property
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
