- Developing strategies to improve partner engagement
- Building strategy & driving TOFU, MOFU & BOFU for the channel
- New product launch - tracking performance, creating enablers to uplift business and build seamless internal processes with help of IT, Underwriting & Ops
- Analysing market trends- competition benchmarking (product, tech & pricing)
- Responds to any inquiries from sales teams, coordinate with them on regular basis on central initiatives
- Track & drive product mix & business quality
- Manage HNI cases end-end in seamless manner
- Strong in excel, Powerpoint, Life Insurance- Digital, Tele channel background
- High levels of flexibility, adaptability to manage long hours, working under strict timelines to reach deadlines
