New Business Lead and Issuance support

Coordinate with the Sales Team for Lead Flow and issuance

Do Quality check of leads provided to the RMs

Analysis Internal

Evaluate performance by comparing and analyzing overall funnel (source of lead, campaign type), leading to increase in productivity, product mix, ATS etc.

Preparing MISs

Prepare Daily MIS on Lead Funnel with assistance of Central MIS team

Slicing the MIS further for better Understanding

Planning

Play crucial role in preparation of planning exercise (monthly sales equation, annual business planning, product mix etc.)

Automation

Understand the core system create own database for complete automation of all kinds of reporting through Central MIS team

Timelines

All the reporting to be completed as per agreed timelines

Retargeting

Not contactable leads, non-converted PFAs and bring them back into the sales funnel

Technical

Good Analytical Skills
