Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and team-building activities to foster a high-performing sales culture.
Business Development:
- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Sales Operations:
- Develop and implement sales processes and best practices.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics (revenue, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sales policies and procedures.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in retail/ecommerce.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and driven to succeed.
