About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within a designated region.
You will leverage your strong industry knowledge and proven sales expertise to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the medical devices, equipment, and mobility solutions sectors (focus on Wheelchair, walker, Canes, Crutches).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and account management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to product development and marketing teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of proven experience in medical device, equipment, or mobility solutions sales.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
