Assistant Manager - Support (AMC Sales)

Job Location: Noida, Sector 80

Experience: 5 - 10 yrs.

Qualification required: Diploma / B.Tech - Electronics

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job responsibilities of this position include:

1. Responsible for sales and support of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service-related business for maintaining Gate Management Systems, Access Control Systems, and Security Surveillance Systems.
2. Fully accountable for client support regarding work orders under warranty, AMC, or chargeable services.
3. Achieve AMC revenue generation targets set by the company.
4. Also responsible for business generation from third party AMC.
5. Provide both offsite and onsite support, addressing any bottlenecks to streamline processes through effective relationship management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Proven experience in AMC sales.
2. Familiarity with ERP software, preferably SAP Business One.
