Manager in AMC Service

We are looking for a Manager in AMC Service to oversee and manage a dynamic team of engineers and technicians in our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) division. The role involves ensuring high standards of service delivery, managing client accounts, and optimizing operational efficiency in the safety and security systems domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of 15-20 engineers/technicians within the AMC division, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery.
• Client Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service, timely follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
• Service Delivery: Ensure the timely execution of AMC contracts, delivering all agreed-upon services as per the clients requirements.
• Follow-ups: Handle follow-ups with clients regarding Purchase Orders (PO), payments, and project updates to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams for coordination in servicing, repairs, and installations.
• Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service progress, discuss system performance, and resolve any issues.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for AMC contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Reporting: Generate reports on team performance, service outcomes, and client feedback for senior management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance service delivery and overall operational efficiency.

Desired Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role in AMC or a similar service-based industry, with a proven track record in handling low-voltage safety and security systems.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of technicians/engineers.
• Client Management: Proven experience in managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in managing the financial aspects of AMC contracts, including PO follow-ups and payment management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally and effectively with clients.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve client issues and service challenges effectively.
• Multitasking: Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in handling low-voltage safety and security systems, including FAS, CCTV, and Access Control.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional Certifications: Any additional certifications or training in low voltage safety and security systems (FAS, CCTV, and Access Control) will be considered a plus.
