Department - Corporate Affairs (Supply Chain Management, Administration, HR & IT)
Location - Delhi NCR
Applicant will be responsible to manage the responsibilities of Supply Chain Management,
Administration, HR & IT activities with his team.
Job responsibilities include:
I.) Supply Chain Management-
1. Monitoring Procurement activities and their timely execution
2. Ensuring all import/export activities are completed on time
3. Monitoring Logistics activities and their timely execution
4. Monitoring Stores activities and their timely execution
5. Monitoring packing activities and their timely execution
II.) Administration -
Responsible for ensuring all administrative activities:
1. Monitoring all Internal and External Administrative / Liasoning activities
2. Responsible for handling all legal cases
III.) Human Resources -
Responsible for monitoring all HR activities like:
1. Manpower Planning- Managing all Manpower activities that primarily include:
a. Recruitments
b. Joining Formalities
c. Induction
d. Performance Appraisal
2. Ensuring Employee/Professional Partners Relations
3. Timely salary disbursements
4. Monitoring Employee Welfare
5. Monitoring maintenance of Employee Database
6. Ensure exit formalities are complete
7. Monitoring timely Full & Final settlement for those employees who have
completed the exit formalities.
8. Policy Formulation
IV.) IT -
Responsible for monitoring following IT activities:
1. Ensuring proper Server and IT Infrastructure Management
2. Monitoring ERP Software Management
3. Ensuring Verification of all entries done in ERP Software
4. Managing Domain and Web Site Maintenance
5. Ensuring that the records are being maintained and also maintenance of Digital
Signature for group of companies
6. Ensuring Maintenance of Office Automation Equipment Network Management
7. Monitoring Firewall or Information Security Management (Intrusion Detection
System)
8. Ensuring that IT related support is provided by team at the time of onboarding of
a new employee and at time of exit
9. Ensuring all activities are done required for E-tendering in collaboration with
concerned departments.
