Commercial Manager/Assistant Manager

Job Description :-

• Preparation of PO in SAP & release the same on overseas suppliers on receipt of purchase requisition / offer / quotation.
• Scrutinise purchase requisition with received offers & quotations and verify the compliance (Customs, Banking, PESO) for importation.
• Ensure all compliance with all terms & conditions stipulated in PO.
• Coordination with overseas suppliers for import / export shipments.
• Preparation of monthly financial statement (fund planning for the month).
• Coordinate with CHA & forwarders for import / export activities. Preparation of RFQs / cost comparison etc.
• Coordinate with inter departments within the Organisation.
• Well versed with incoterms, custom notifications, banking (LC, ABG, BG etc).
• Aligned with Transit, Marine & Fire Insurance for the outgoing / incoming shipments.
• Handle Customs / Banking / Peso queries.

• Should have experience in supply chain.
• Strong understanding of the commercial activities and in-depth supply chain knowledge.
• Strong influencing skills and be able to work under ambiguous situations with minimum guidance.
• Strong networking skills with various external stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills.
• Computer & digital Proficiency.

Age :- 35 - 40 years.

Education :- Bachelor Degree / MBA.

Experience :- 10 - 15 years experience in relevant profile.

Salary :- 12 lakhs PA (Negotiable).
