Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and collation of documents for local dispatches which include Delivery Advise, commercial invoice, Packing list, Transfer orders, certificate of analysis and material safety data sheet.
• On boarding of transportation company for local dispatches to efficiently deliver good to customer as per incoterms. Coordinate with nominated transport agency for collection and delivery of goods/shipments.
• Coordinate closely with 3PL & transporter for the movement of the material from the warehouse up to the point of destination or delivery.
• Prepare labels for the reworks for the material to be delivered.
• Generation of e-invoice for all local dispatches.
• Coordinate with the warehouse personnel for the proper packing, labels, loading, and transportation to facilitate prompt delivery to the customers warehouse or to the local transporter warehouse.
• Ensure proper lead time is followed for timely delivery of shipments.
• Coordinate closely with designated personnel (such as Accounts Dept., Sales Manager) to resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Update information for the weekly report for outstanding shipments.
• Coordinate with the Production team in transferring material from Production facilities to company warehouse and vice a versa.
• Get timely invoices from vendors like transporter bills, 3PL warehouse, courier companies. and process for payment with finance.
• Monthly MIS share with management monthly logistics cost Vs Sales, on time delivery report, saving updates.
• Support new initiative in Logistics like digitalization, improvement in process etc.

Experience and Qualification:

• Certification or Degree in International Trade & Logistics is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics
• Skill Requirements
• Should have strong knowledge & hands-on experience on end to end local & international logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP system & MS Office (Preferred to have Excellent skills in MS Excel)
