Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce, supporting various aspects of online store management, digital marketing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with a passion for e-commerce and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
Support Daily Operations:
- Assist the E-commerce Manager in daily tasks to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Collaborate on projects related to website updates and process improvements.
Order Management:
- Oversee order processing from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock availability.
Platform Management:
- Manage product listings by ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and correct pricing across e-commerce platforms.
- Update listings as needed to reflect new products, promotions, or changes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website traffic to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.
Operational Support:
- Keep track of records and manage operational documentation for better organization and accessibility.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with internal processes and platform requirements.
Collaboration and Campaign Support:
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and e-commerce strategies.
Education & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
While this internship is for a fixed period, outstanding interns may be considered for full-time positions based on performance and availability or the requirements within the company. We encourage you to demonstrate your skills and dedication throughout your time with us.
