As the Creative Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative concepts for brand building and marketing initiatives. You will lead a talented in-house creative team, including copywriters, graphic designers, and retouches, as well as manage external vendors such as agencies, model agencies, photographers, and production houses. Your role will involve overseeing the creative production process from concept to final delivery while ensuring alignment with the brand s messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop fresh concepts for brand building across print, digital, social media, and other platforms.
Organize, initiate, and lead brainstorming sessions for catalogues, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
Manage a multidisciplinary creative team, ensuring they adhere to processes, standards, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the Brand Communication team to ensure on-brand deliveries for new product launches and marketing assets.
Monitor and control the transition of campaign creatives/projects from ideation to execution, maintaining quality throughout.
Train and develop team members by leveraging industry trends to elevate expertise and output.
Scout, negotiate, and coordinate with external vendors such as model agencies, photographers, and production houses.
Ensure all creative content is consistent with the brand s overall style, tone, and messaging.
Supervise the creation of visual and written content for advertising campaigns, social media content, and branding materials.
Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
Oversee the entire creative production process, maintaining the visual appearance and quality standards from mood-boarding to final delivery.
Leverage your experience in e-commerce, BTL events, and marketing campaigns to produce content that resonates with target audiences.
