Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking an incumbent to work in our Founders Office located in Gurugram. The role involves providing strategic & analytical support to the Founder and work on business strategy-related projects. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and knowledge in project management.
Role description
- Collaborate closely with the Executive team to develop and execute business growth strategies, resulting in expansion & growth.
- Conduct market research and analyses industry trends to identify new opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
- Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from the founders office.
- Synthesize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the development of actionable business plans.
- Prepare Business Review PPTs/MIS for senior leadership review and analyses statistical data.
- Monitor and follow up with HODs on the actions points as per agreed timelines.
- Constant industry inputs highlighting the key issues, opportunities and challenges.
