We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee the creation of exceptional visuals that align with our brand identity and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end design process across digital, print, and ecommerce platforms. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise to deliver high-quality creative assets while mentoring the team and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership:
Lead and inspire the design team to produce innovative and engaging visuals for digital, social, and print platforms.
Develop a clear creative vision that aligns with the brand s identity, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and business priorities.
2. Strategic Design Development:
Plan, conceptualize, and oversee the creation of designs for marketing materials, including social media creative, ecommerce assets, Google Ads, GIFs, brochures, catalogues, and product listing visuals.
Lead the design optimization for ecommerce platforms (Amazon and brand website) to improve product visibility and increase conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual assets.
3. Quality Control:
Review and approve all design work to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Oversee advanced image retouching and manipulation to elevate the visual appeal of all creative assets.
Ensure pixel-perfect designs across digital and print deliverables.
4. Team Management and Mentoring:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance the teams creative output and professional growth.
Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to integrate best practices and maintain a competitive edge.
Introduce fresh design ideas, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
Drive the creation of daily and campaign-specific creative to maintain an engaging presence across platforms.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, and content teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when needed to execute larger design projects.
Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining the highest design standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a creative team.
Design Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: Strong creative vision combined with an understanding of business and marketing goals.
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality designs that align with brand standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Ecommerce Expertise: Prior experience in creating A+ content, product visuals, and digital assets for platforms like Amazon
Motion Graphics: Working knowledge of animation or video editing tools is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, leadership in creative campaigns, and team management achievements.
