Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management Optimization:
Maintain optimal inventory levels by identifying gaps and ensuring timely replenishment.
Proactively clean up dead, slow-moving, and obsolete stock to improve inventory health.
Monitor inventory metrics and ensure accurate tracking for all product categories.
Assortment Hygiene Buying Strategies:
Analyze and optimize assortment hygiene to align with business objectives.
Execute buying strategies for respective brands/categories to drive sales and profitability.
Ensure assortment timelines and accuracy while addressing any discrepancies.
Collaboration Coordination:
Work closely with the Key Account Team to identify needs and ensure alignment with account objectives.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments to address inventory and supply chain issues.
Liaise with the supply team to ensure timely replenishment of goods for warehouses and stores.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate forecasts, new product launches, and promotional plans into inventory strategies.
Market Research Trend Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform inventory and assortment strategies.
Identify opportunities for product optimization and category expansion.
Billing, Invoicing, and Returns:
Oversee billing, invoicing, deliveries, and return processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Strategic Supply Management:
Ensure supply sufficiency by maintaining the right inventory at the right time and quantity.
Manage promotional stock, new launches, and seasonal inventory planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, buying strategies, and supply chain coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
