Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement efforts.

- This role is critical to building our brand presence, driving audience growth, and creating campaigns that resonate with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ideation and Strategy:

- Develop innovative content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.

- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

- Plan and execute engaging campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Content Management:

- Oversee content production, scheduling, and publishing across all social media platforms.

- Maintain a cohesive brand image while tailoring content for platform-specific audiences.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Social Media Calendar:

- Design and manage a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

- Ensure timely and relevant content delivery to maximize audience engagement.

Trend Marketing:

- Monitor and analyze social media trends, cultural moments, and platform updates.

- Capitalize on trending topics to create impactful and timely content.

- Content Creation (On and Off Camera).

- Produce high-quality content, including videos, graphics, and written posts.

- Participate in on-camera activities to create relatable and authentic content.

- Work with designers, videographers, and other creatives to deliver standout materials.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.

- Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration.

- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.

Preferred:

- Experience in on-camera content creation.

- Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
