Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive On-boarding Executive for a 6-month contract role in North Goa. The role involves on-boarding new employees in the FMCG, supply chain, and retail sectors, providing necessary training, and supporting smooth integration into the company. You will be required to travel within North Goa for site visits and ensure employees are set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding for new employees in FMCG, supply chain, and retail outlets.
• Provide training on company processes and product knowledge.
• Handle onboarding documentation and record keeping.
• Travel within North Goa for site visits to retail outlets and supply chain locations.

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG, supply chain management, or retail outlets.
• Basic proficiency in laptop handling and administrative tasks.
• Good command of English.
• Familiarity with North Goa is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
