Part-time Account Executive

Cotton Candy Communications, a fast-growing start-up ad agency in Mumbai, is on the lookout for a talented Business Development Associate to join our team on a PART-TIME basis.

Important Notice:

This job requires a commitment of 30 hours (only weekdays) every week.

Applicants currently employed in full time positions in other firms will not be considered eligible for this vacancy.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help create and manage relationships with new clients through networking, and lead generation.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain a database using your organizational skills to streamline client acquisition processes
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate firms
• Create and execute business development strategies to achieve targets
• Occasionally interact with the companies in person
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and market trends

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years experience of driving business growth in the advertising world
• Possess business contacts or the zest to develop corporate relations
• BMM/ BMS/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess excellent negotiation skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• A desire to learn and grow

How your day will look like as a BDA

• Commitment of 30 hours a week (Only weekdays)
• Available for client call 5 days a week
• Once a month in-person meet for strategising
