Job Description

1. Team Building and Leadership:
Buildand lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
Providementorship, guidance, and training to team members.
Fostera collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.
2. Market Expansion:
Developand execute strategic plans to expand the market presence in (South) India.
Identifyand capitalize on business development opportunities.
Drivethe successful launch of our innovative products.
3. Dealer Network Development:
Establishand nurture strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Expandand manage the dealer network to ensure optimal market coverage.
Adaptand implement effective dealer engagement strategies.
4. Key Account Management:
Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bio-medical,purchase managers, and healthcare professionals.
Understandclient needs and provide tailored solutions to build long-term partnerships.
5. Sales Forecasting:
Developand implement effective sales forecasting strategies.
Analysemarket trends and customer behaviour to optimize sales.


Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 7+ years of total professional experience
  • Proven experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and promoting innovative products in the healthcare sector.
  • Extensive experience in the hospital industry, specifically in hospital sales and critical care segment.
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Skillset:
  • 1. Industry Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of the hospital business market in (North) India.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and key market drivers.
  • 2. Leadership Skills:
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3. Network and Relationships:
  • Established network and relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including bio-medical departments, purchase managers, and doctors.
  • 4. Presentation Skills:
  • Delivercompelling presentations to clients, dealers, and internal teams.
  • Clearlycommunicate companystrategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • 5. Sense of Ownership:
  • Takeownership of regional sales operations and outcomes.
  • Activelycontribute to the overall success and growth of SVASTEK.
