Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 7+ years of total professional experience
- Proven experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in launching and promoting innovative products in the healthcare sector.
- Extensive experience in the hospital industry, specifically in hospital sales and critical care segment.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Skillset:
- 1. Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the hospital business market in (North) India.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and key market drivers.
- 2. Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- 3. Network and Relationships:
- Established network and relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including bio-medical departments, purchase managers, and doctors.
- 4. Presentation Skills:
- Delivercompelling presentations to clients, dealers, and internal teams.
- Clearlycommunicate companystrategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- 5. Sense of Ownership:
- Takeownership of regional sales operations and outcomes.
