Job Description

-Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of SVASTEKs medical products, with a focus on clinical applications. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and competitor products.

-Customer Training and Support: Provide training to healthcare professionals on the clinical applications and optimal use of SVASTEK products. Offer continuous support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and address customer inquiries regarding clinical applications.

-Clinical Research and Feedback: Engage in clinical research activities to assess product performance and gather feedback for product improvement. Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team. Collaborate with research teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials and validations.

-Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials, related to clinical applications.

-Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of advancements in clinical practices and technology to enhance your expertise and contribute to the development of new products.

Qualifications

-A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or related).

-Proven experience as a Clinical Application Specialist or similar role in the healthcare industry.

-Strong understanding of clinical applications and medical product usage.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to conduct effective training sessions and demonstrations.

-Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.

-Flexibility to travel as needed for customer training and support.
