Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience:
7+ years of total professional experience
Proven experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
Demonstrated success in launching and promoting innovative products in the healthcare sector.
Extensive experience in the hospital industry, specifically in hospital sales and critical care segment.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Skillset:
1. Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the hospital business market in (North) India.
Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and key market drivers.
2. Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Established network and relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including bio-medical departments, purchase managers, and doctors.
4. Presentation Skills:
Delivercompelling presentations to clients, dealers, and internal teams.
