Regional Sales Manager - South

Roles & Responsibilities:

1)Market work along with representatives(TIME DURATION :9 AM TO 6 PM)

2)Should operate mainly on secondary basis and collect the primary from the distributors for the above achieved secondary.

3)Coordinate with the respective area distributors.

4)Communicate and Manage all our working representatives.

5)Evaluate Targets assigned and plan accordingly.

6)Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

7)Develop new Marketing Strategies.

8)Identify and appoint new distributors in vacant areas.
