Job Title:- Regional Manager - Export Industrial and Marine Sales & Business Development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
• MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience:
• MUST have 5 to 15 years of experience in Export Sales & Business Development within Automotive Components OR Tractor Components OR Sensor Components, OR Marine Components.
• Proven experience in handling Export Industrial and Marine Sales, with a solid understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of these industries.
• Experience working with OEMs, tier suppliers, and regulatory bodies in the automotive or marine industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of automotive and marine manufacturing processes, supply chains, and industry standard.

Required Skills:

• Regional Market Knowledge:
• Demonstrated experience managing sales and business development efforts in one or more of the following regions: Asia, Russia & CIS, Middle East, or Africa.
• Strong understanding of the business cultures, regulations, and market dynamics in these regions.
• Sales Expertise:
• Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles, close complex deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and establishing long-term client relationships.
• Technical Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of export industrial and marine components, including an understanding of the manufacturing, design, and application of products within these sectors.
• Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Communication and Leadership:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and effectively communicate with senior management.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
