Talent Pipeline Development:
- Identifying the organization's hiring needs, workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with hiring managers across business units
- Plan and implement a talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Develop and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline aligned with the companys current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates.
- Implement a comprehensive and forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aimed at attracting high-caliber professionals for mid to senior management roles.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational goals and tailor hiring plans that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Employer Branding:
- Strengthen employer branding through targeted and thoughtful recruitment marketing strategies, positioning the company as a top employer within the industry.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering strong relationships.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies, ensuring they align with the companys goals.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations and stay informed of industry best practices to continuously refine and enhance the recruitment process.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors/PG in Human Resources is preferred
- At least 12-15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT & Non-IT hiring, domestic & International positions
- Flexibility to work overlapping hours with teams located in different time zones.
- Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media and ATS platforms
- Increasing talent sourcing by improving direct hiring.
- Must have a strong orientation to hiring manager satisfaction, an ability to foster productive team relationships, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, database affinity, conversant with MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while managing recruitment projects from strategy through execution.
- Experience working with reputable hiring consultants is an added advantage.
- Experience leading and managing a lean hiring team, motivating them to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
